Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medicare Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a team of 10–15 licensed Medicare sales agents. This is an in-person leadership position responsible for driving production, maintaining compliance, coaching agents, and overseeing daily sales operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Medicare sales, proven management experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and motivate Medicare sales agents to achieve individual and team production goals.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, call metrics, and conversion rates while implementing strategies to improve results.
Ensure all sales activities comply with CMS regulations, carrier guidelines, and company policies.
Conduct ongoing training, role-playing, and performance coaching to improve sales effectiveness and compliance.
Oversee dialer operations, lead distribution, campaign performance, and agent productivity.
Review quality assurance audits, address compliance concerns, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Assist with agent recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal operational teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
Active Resident Health & Life Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain any required non-resident licenses).
Minimum of 3–5 years of Medicare sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Thorough knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D products.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, compliance requirements, and sales best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SunFire, EnrollHere Dialer, and modern CRM platforms.
Experience working during annual enrollment period (AEP).

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide in-office support to beneficiaries before and after enrollment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
Contact newly enrolled Medicare members to welcome them, confirm satisfaction with their enrollment experience, and answer questions regarding their new insurance coverage.
Ensure members have received and understand important enrollment materials, plan information, ID cards, and any additional resources necessary for a smooth transition into their new plan.
Identify member concerns and coordinate with licensed sales agents, carriers, or management to resolve issues promptly.
Answer inbound calls from the main office line and provide courteous, professional assistance.
Respond to general inquiries regarding Summit Health Advisors, Medicare plans, enrollment status, appointments, and company services in accordance with CMS guidelines.
Transfer calls to the appropriate licensed sales agent or department when necessary.
Schedule appointments for prospective and existing clients with licensed Medicare sales agents.
Accurately document all customer interactions, follow-up activities, and service requests within the company's CRM system.
Maintain confidentiality of member information and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within the health insurance or Medicare industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans.
Familiarity with CMS guidelines and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Experience scheduling appointments and supporting licensed insurance agents.
